Litigation Paralegal

Ekspert Counsel is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting attorneys while helping injured clients navigate the legal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury matters. Maintain and manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution. Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and other parties involved in the claims process. Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, accident reports, and supporting documentation. Assist with drafting legal correspondence, demand packages, discovery responses, and other case-related documents. Coordinate client medical treatment and track treatment progress. Monitor deadlines and ensure case files remain accurate, organized, and up to date. Prepare case summaries and assist attorneys with settlement negotiations. Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related appointments. Provide exceptional client service and maintain consistent communication throughout the life of each case. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience. Strong knowledge of personal injury case management and procedures. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
