The role is structured as a dedicated resource position, meaning you will be embedded with one high-profile client rather than constantly jumping between dozens of unrelated environmen ts.Primary Function: Systems Engineering + Tier 2/3 Escalations + Dedicated Client Sup portThe Systems Engineer will serve as a primary technical point of contact for the client while handling escalations, infrastructure improvements, deployments, migrations, and day-to-day technical ownership.
