General Production Worker- Pay up to $23.55/hr, IN.

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Pay: $23.55/hour

Shift: 1st- Monday-Friday

2nd- Monday-Friday (2 PM-10 PM or 3 PM-11 PM)

3rd- Sunday-Thursday (10 PM-6 AM or 11 PM-7 AM)

• Load metal rings into molding tools and prepare materials for production
• Operate molding equipment and monitor production cycles
• Remove and cool finished products using air tools
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects and quality issues
• Count, weigh, and sort finished products
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with general production, packaging, labeling, and material handling tasks as needed

• Ability to stand for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspections
• Ability to read and understand English
• Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced production work
• Strong communication skills and reliable work history
• Willingness to comply with a tobacco-free workplace policy during shifts

• Manufacturing or production experience
• Assembly line or machine operation experience
• Packaging, labeling, inspection, or material handling experience
• Warehouse, construction, automotive, or industrial work experience
• Experience with quality inspections and production documentation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, IN 46161.

The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr.
