Warehouse Operator

Trident Consulting is seeking a " Warehouse Operator" for one of our client in " Pasadena, TX". A global leader in business and technology services.

• Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
• Locate products in the warehouse and ensure correct item, quantity, and condition
• Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling, wrapping, and palletizing
• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts show forklift certification requirements
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by warehouse leadership
• Assist with restocking shelves and general warehouse tasks as needed

• The Warehouse Packer is responsible for accurately preparing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure safe and efficient shipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations by following quality standards, meeting productivity goals, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

• Pack, and prepare orders according to company standards and customer requirements
• Inspect items for damage, accuracy, and quality before packing
• Use packing materials to secure products and prevent damage during transit
• Label packages correctly and ensure all documentation is complete
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, carts)
• Operate forklift equipment previous experience is required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and report any issues or hazards
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Frequent lifting, bending, and moving of materials
• Use of safety equipment as required
