Job Description Seeking BE/BC Medical Oncologist to join team near Chico, CA. Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 0800-1700 Support staff: Medical Assistants, Medical Scribes and LVN in office; Infusion Center staffed with 5 RN’s Currently 1 physician practice. Call - shared with existing physician, minimal call responsibility, maybe 1 consult per day which is usually done over the phone. Clinic Volume: 20- 25 patients when fully ramped up Shared daytime responsibility for Chemo infusion oversight and to be available to RN’s for questions. Hospital: Truly independent community based hospital Nationally ranked non-profit healthcare system Provides a wide range of medical services including imaging, outpatient care and diagnostic laboratory testing throughout the North of California A proven leader in innovation and health care. $200 million expansion project due for completion in 2022.
