Director of Women's CareThis is a full-time position primarily working Monday through Friday, with potential for irregular hours during evenings or weekends.The Director of Women's Care is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall operations of Nursing/Patient Care Areas. The position ensures compliance with patient care quality standards for all age groups, from infants to geriatrics. The Director also maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.Oversee daily operations of the Women's Care department.Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.Formulate and maintain department budget.Assure competency of nursing personnel.Participate in performance improvement and CQI activities.Active RN license required.Bachelor of Science in Nursing is mandatory.Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years in management or leadership roles.Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
