Journeyman Plumbers are paid on a commission basis. Why Join Our Team Uncapped Pay Potential Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance Disability and Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) On-going training & development and growth opportunities Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) What You Will Do Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company Who You Are 1-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship Current plumbing certification as required by state Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures Good communication and interpersonal skills Who We Are We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
