Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with emergency room experience to provide qualified patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to ER patients based on established protocols.
• Assess patient conditions, document findings, and update medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and safety.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure infection control procedures are followed.
• Adapt to rotating shifts, including consecutive weekend assignments.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Hawaii RN license prior to starting the contract.
• Possess recent ER nursing experience or relevant critical care background.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotating shifts.
• Meet all applicable healthcare credentialing requirements.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
