Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Location: Portsmouth, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Interventional Radiology unit. The RN will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals and utilize advanced monitoring and procedural equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer moderate sedation and assist in various interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in patient education and advocacy efforts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in New Hampshire required at submission.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience in procedural departments, critical care, emergency department, or with moderate sedation.
• Preferred experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab.
