Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our growing behavioral health team. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning through onsite services in Asbury Park and telehealth appointments. You'll collaborate with therapists, social workers, and a supervising psychiatrist to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Compensation Initial Psychiatric Evaluations: $60-$90 per visit Follow-Up Medication Management Visits: $35-$60per visit Compensation is based on experience, credentials, qualifications, and clinical expertise. Flexible hybrid schedule with onsite and telehealth opportunities Consistent patient volume through established referral networks Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Administrative support so you can focus on patient care Access to a supervising psychiatrist and interdisciplinary treatment team Professional growth opportunities within a growing behavioral health organization Potential pathway to part-time or full-time W-2 employment What You'll Do Psychiatric Assessment & Treatment Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments Diagnose behavioral health conditions using DSM-5-TR criteria Develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe, manage, and monitor psychiatric medications Conduct risk assessments and crisis evaluations when clinically indicated Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Patient Education & Support Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options Support patient engagement and treatment adherence Provide therapeutic interventions within scope of practice Collaboration & Care Coordination Collaborate with therapists, social workers, primary care providers, and other members of the treatment team Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions Coordinate referrals and support continuity of care Documentation & Compliance Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EMR Follow organizational policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulations Maintain compliance with HIPAA and professional practice standards Qualifications Required Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program Active New Jersey RN License Active New Jersey APRN License Board Certification as a PMHNP-BC Active DEA Registration with prescriptive authority Preferred Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings Telehealth experience Experience serving diverse patient populations Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Work Location Hybrid (Onsite + Telehealth) Primary onsite location: Asbury Park, NJ Telehealth opportunities available Flexible scheduling options Ability to create a hybrid schedule based on patient needs and provider availability Opportunity for full onsite, hybrid, or predominantly telehealth schedules depending on organizational needs About Mindify Wellness and Care Mindify Wellness and Care is dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services throughout New Jersey.
