An established Arkansas law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney who can manage cases while providing strong, compassionate representation.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

• Manage a caseload from intake through settlement or trial
• Investigate claims and evaluate damages
• Draft demands, pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel
• Represent clients in depositions, mediation, hearings, and trial

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experience working as a Personal Injury Attorney or in civil litigation
• Active Arkansas Bar license in good standing
• Strong negotiation, writing, and courtroom skills
• A Personal Injury Attorney who communicates confidently with clients
• The organization needed to succeed as a Personal Injury Attorney
• A results-driven Personal Injury Attorney who can work independently
