Senior Solution Architect

Architect: InfrastructureResponsibilities:• Provide subject matter expertise on ADP T&A product capabilities• Promote the country leading practices in maximizing the value of ADP T&A product• Actively lead requirements workshops, participate in process workshops, policy harmonization workshop, ADP lead blueprinting workshops to capture the product requirements and expectations• Author ADP requirement user stories ( * in agile methodology)• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of ADP business blueprint (waterfall)• Ensure that the ADP build is confirming to the requirements• Author test scenarios and support testing team in creating country specific scenarios and scripts• Signoff authority on Business Blueprint and SDLC documents• DRI for any product related issues manifested in country RAID log• Be a trusted partner (consult role) to other workstreams in the program – PM, Service Delivery, Process, Compliance, Automation, Data Governance, Integrations, Testing, Training, Change & Communication, Conversion, Cutover, Hypercare• Provide product advice in cross-functional interactions (HR, FIN, JJT)• Read out country status and progress to regional/global deployment forumsSkills:• Solid expertise and experience in ADP eTime/Kornos (Brazil – SAP Time) implementations for the country• A good understanding of local laws/regulations and prevailing T&A regulations and policies in the country• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specs• Good verbal/written communication skills in English• Analytical thinking, organizing skills, presentation skillsRequired Skills: SAP Time and Attendance Management SAP Time Global Implementation Experience Nice to Have: ADP Global View Basic Qualification: Additional Skills: Background Check: Yes Notes: Selling points for candidate: Project Verification Info: Candidate must be your W2 Employee: Yes Exclusive to Apex: Yes Face to face interview required: No Candidate must be local: No Candidate must be authorized to work without sponsorship: No Interview times set: : No Type of project: Architecture/Design Software Technology, Inc.
