Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam’s Club. Base pay range: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr. Responsibilities Maintain a clean and safe parking lot, restrooms, and floor areas, ensuring members see a well-kept facility. Continuously sweep and clean while on your feet, adapting quickly to changing work scenarios. Prioritize member satisfaction and create a positive first and last impression for all visitors. Attend to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash following the Company Environmental Sustainability Program. Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely. Maintain appropriate levels of Company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating stock and placing orders when supplies are low. Report any unsafe situations to Management promptly. Operate efficiently in a physically demanding environment, working an entire shift on your feet. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Prior experience in maintenance or custodial work is a plus. Comfortable working in fast‑paced and physically demanding environments. Strong commitment to maintaining a positive attitude and member satisfaction. Ability to adapt quickly to new work scenarios.
