Schedules PM's, rebuilds, repairs and refits.B. Plans maintenance work by building a design (drawings, sketches, pictures), bill of materials, scope of work, special installation instructions, time schedule (with manpower requirements)Work Orders Delivered to Supervisor/Team LeaderA. Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Maximo, for allocation and requisitioning of parts, tools, materials and external labor. Queries work orders, reviews status, and changes status when appropriate.B. Assembles "job boxes" or "kits" for planned mechanical or electrical work orders.Preventative Maintenance Schedule Created/UpdatedA. Acts as administrator for the Maximo Maintenance module and maintains and supports the Production and Facilities Maintenance Preventative Maintenance system. Ensures that all PMs are generated on a timely basis. Non-Stock Material Purchase RequestsA. Solicits information from vendors and contractors for parts, equipment and prefabrications.B. Allocate and requisition parts, tools, materials, and equipment and verify delivery relative to scheduled installation dates. Will require frequent coordination and collaboration with the Purchasing Department.Work Order Completion MonitoredA. Ensures that all completed PMs are closed out in the system and archived properly. Metrics Data Available for AnalysisMinimum RequirementsEducation/Experience:Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or electrical engineering or 5 years of industrial plant maintenance experience; or a or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred as well as cross-disciplined craft in electrical and mechanical.
