The ideal candidate will provide the production team leadership, monitor and coordinate production team activities, address open issues, and promote the achievement of established goals for employees working on a particular production process or line through problem solving activities. Your Priorities Provides a good example to his/her team members - promoting teamwork Fosters a positive, cooperative, safe, and clean work environment Performs hourly quality and efficiency checks Understands and maintains SOS sheets and 20 Tools Books Provides ongoing training and coaching of operators Promotes communication between departments/shifts with operators and supervisors (i.e.: safety, quality, and production) Requirements Your Background High School Diploma or GED, plus 1 - 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
