Intake & Care Coordination Specialist
Molina Healthcare of Illinois
Molina Healthcare in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated professional to support member intake and care portal operations within a fully integrated system of care. You will monitor the intake center, triage inquiries, and coordinate with care management entities to ensure timely access to information.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and home-office capability. A valid LPN/LVN license is preferred if state contracts require it; remote work options may be available.
