As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address a variety of diagnoses. Your expertise will help patients regain their strength, balance, and safety, while also educating them and their caregivers on effective home exercise programs.
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
- Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Flu vaccination required (mandatory, no declinations accepted)
