Schedule: 2 Days Per Week

Clinical Details

Provide outpatient urology services, including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of urologic conditions, along with in-office procedures as appropriate
Responsibilities include documentation in the EHR and coordination with referring providers
EMR: Epic
Support staff: Nurse and MA
Patients per day: 10

Requirements

Board-certified general urologist
Active CT license
Experience in managing a broad range of urologic conditions in an outpatient setting
Must be comfortable with clinic-based evaluation and minor procedures, and able to work collaboratively within an ambulatory care team
