Job Description


The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing is individualized services to Tribal children and youth with special health care needs. The individual implements behavior intervention plans to address children's needs; gathers behavior reduction and replacement skill data and provides one on one treatment based therapy in the home or school under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). High School Diploma or GED required. Must have Registered Behavior Technician certification upon date of hire. Individual must pass the annual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Competency Assessment, complete renewal, receive ongoing supervision, and comply with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board's ethical requirements related to RBT's. Individual must possess a valid Florida Driver's License. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills. Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft software packages. Ability to travel to all STOF's Reservations and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
