Job Description

Provide general administrative support. Manage scheduling and calendar coordination. Organize and process invoices. Create and maintain Google Forms. Prepare staff checklists for each department. Set up and coordinate interviews. Maintain organized administrative records and documents.

Must Haves

Proven experience in administration, operations, executive assistance, or similar support roles Proficient in Google Sheets/Spreadsheets. Experience creating and managing Google Forms. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.
