About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Business Development for its Cybersecurity and Privacy practice. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the business development strategy, with a focus on driving revenue-generating market strategies that align with practice priorities. This role is pivotal in leading pitch and proposal initiatives, executing business development and brand initiatives, and enhancing market visibility. The Head of Business Development will also be responsible for overseeing key marketing operations, including sponsorships, conferences, legal directories, and budget management. Collaboration with regional and global business development teams to identify cross-sell opportunities is a key aspect of the position. Applicants for the Head of Business Development role should have a minimum of 7 years' of marketing or business development experience, preferably in a global law firm, and a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology-driven practices, including cybersecurity, privacy, eDiscovery, intellectual property, and litigation. A confident and persuasive presence, the ability to translate complex issues into clear messages, and a disciplined approach to managing multiple initiatives are essential.
