Come work with a Team that gets YOU.Job Responsibilities:Perform a thorough and accurate HVAC inspectionPerform all HVAC repairs and replacements to applicable codesFacilitate order for all parts required for appointments and ensure preparedness for the day of serviceSubmit purchase orders to dispatch or other designated purchasing team administratorsEffectively communicate with the customer regarding questions, concerns and problemsTrain, coach and mentor apprenticesMaintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all timesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable work experience in the HVAC industryKnowledge of the fundamental operational functionality of residential air conditioning, heating, and ventilation equipmentAble to troubleshoot problems with refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems on HVAC equipmentRequirements:EPA CertifiedA High School diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredNATE Certification preferredHVAC certification or Diploma preferredValid driver's licenseWe sincerely thank all applicants in advance for submitting their interest in this position.Hiller is an EEOC employer.
