As our Client Care Coordinator, you’ll be the face and voice of Real Skin Aesthetics, playing an essential role in every stage of the client journey. From the first interaction to post-treatment follow-up, you’ll help ensure every client feels valued, informed, and genuinely cared for.

Candidates with social media management and content creation experience will receive strong preference.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience & Communication

* Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

* Manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and professionally.

* Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.

* Manage client check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing.

* Build and maintain meaningful client relationships while delivering a consistently exceptional experience.

* Confidently communicate information about our services, skincare products, and provider-approved post-treatment instructions.

Daily Operations & Team Support

* Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming reception area and back office.

* Support providers with administrative responsibilities and daily clinic operations.

* Assist with treatment room turnover and other operational tasks as needed.

* Help maintain accurate client records, scheduling details, and communications.

* Anticipate the needs of clients and team members while proactively solving problems.

* Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and supportive workplace culture.

Social Media & Marketing (Preferred Experience)

* Assist with creating engaging social media content that reflects our brand and values.

* Support Instagram and other social media initiatives, including content planning, photography, and short-form video.

* Help promote treatments, products, special events, and clinic announcements.

* Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for authentic, educational, and engaging content.

Qualifications & Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands the importance of creating a luxury-level client experience.

Our ideal candidate:

* Has a genuine interest in skincare, aesthetics, beauty, and wellness.

* Brings previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetics clinic, salon, hospitality, or other client-facing environment (preferred).

* Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

* Is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

* Is technologically proficient and comfortable learning scheduling software and digital communication platforms.

* Presents themselves with professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude.

* Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.

* Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

* Is available to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays.

* Has experience with social media management, content creation, Canva, Instagram, or similar platforms (strongly preferred).
