The Opportunity :

You will serve as the crucial hub of our sales office, driving customer satisfaction from the moment prospective buyers reach out. In this role, you will elevate our sales processes, maintain seamless office operations, and directly support the team behind Michigan’s premier real estate developments. Your daily work will ensure every homebuyer receives a world-class experience from initial contact to closing.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Welcome and assist visiting prospective buyers with exceptional hospitality and professionalism.
• Manage customer inquiries across phone and digital channels to maintain responsive communication.
• Schedule prospective client appointments and align calendars for the active sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, sales documentation, and buyer records within the CRM system.
• Coordinate across internal departments to streamline paperwork and support efficient service delivery.
• Prepare daily sales reports, correspondence, and essential business documentation with precision.
• Monitor office inventory and organize sales center displays to ensure a welcoming environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven background in administrative, office support, or customer-facing operations.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a dedicated customer-first mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and organize daily duties in a fast-paced setting.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Direct experience providing administrative support to a real estate or high-volume sales team.
• Familiarity with customer database management and CRM software platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills under shifting priorities.
