Mortgage Servicing Engagement & Collections Specialist

You will resolve issues using our mortgage servicing system and document every contact to ensure accurate records. The role focuses on homeowner satisfaction, delinquency review, and arranging payments or repayment plans when required while promoting relevant products and services.
