Portfolio Manager - Property Management

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager with strong financial skills to oversee a mixed portfolio of commercial properties, with residential property management experience considered a strong plus. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage financial reporting, tenant relations, lease administration, and day-to-day operations across the portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingPrepare and analyze monthly financial reportsDevelop and manage property budgets, including variance analysisProcess and manage monthly tenant charges and billingProperty Management SystemsRun and interpret reports using MRI and/or Yardi softwareMaintain accurate data within property management systemsLease AdministrationReview, interpret, and understand residential leasesComplete lease abstracts, capturing key terms, dates, and financial obligationsTrack critical lease dates (renewals, expirations, escalations)Tenant RelationsServe as primary point of contact for tenant correspondenceAddress tenant inquiries related to billing, leases, and property operationsBuild and maintain positive tenant relationships to support retentionGeneral Portfolio OversightWork independently to prioritize and resolve portfolio-related issuesCoordinate with internal teams as neededQualificationsProven experience in commercial property/portfolio managementResidential financial management experience is a plusStrong working knowledge of MRI and/or Yardi (running and reading reports)Demonstrated understanding of commercial leases and lease abstractionExperience with budgeting and financial reporting for real estate portfoliosAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage competing prioritiesFull timePosting Date: 2026-08-19
