The Hotel Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of the hotel's physical systems. This role involves performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks to maintain a high standard of facilities operation and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC maintenance to ensure optimal climate control
- Conduct plumbing repairs to address leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems to ensure safety and reliability
- Execute preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building maintenance
