Warehouse Picker Packer - Now Hiring

Do you have a knack for packaging quality and ensuring items arrive safely? We are hiring dedicated picker packers who excel at the final, crucial step of the supply chain. This role prioritizes the integrity and presentation of every shipment, offering a stable position with reliable hours and excellent team support in distribution settings nationwide.

Your responsibilities:
- Order selection: Accurately select and stage products from various warehouse locations following specific client or carrier instructions.
- Packing mastery: Determine the optimal packaging method and materials for diverse products, ensuring the item is protected against damage during transit.
- Measure, cut, and secure shipping boxes, applying required protective inserts, void fill, and accurate shipping labels.
- Perform quality assurance checks, verifying the correct contents, packaging integrity, and documentation (e.g., invoices, return slips) are included in every box.
- Assist in inventory counts and maintain organization of the packing supply area (boxes, tape, labels).

work hours: 10:30 AM - 07:00 PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

skills:

• Build, wrap, sort pallets
• Voice to pick headset
• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications
• Operate RF scanner
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
• Operate hand truck/dolly

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
