General Helper

Our client, an industry leader in food production, is seeking a General Helper to join their team. As a General Helper, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Brook Park, OH

Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Saturday, 10:30pm-6:30am

What's the Job?

Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of production areas to ensure safety and cleanliness
Assist with mixing/blending tasks and operate machinery as needed
Stage materials throughout the day for current and upcoming shifts
Relieve other positions during breaks, lunches, or when needed, including front operator, system 4 operator, bagger, base room, and warehouse
Ensure the washroom is organized, clean, and free from buildup, including securing chemical cabinets and cleaning floors and sinks

What's Needed?

Ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
Basic knowledge of food handling or machine operation is a plus
Willingness to work a night shift schedule
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
