Hours :

• Full-Time (40 hours per week), Rotating Shift, primarily Day Shift. No weekend work is required.

Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacy Technician supports the delivery of clinical pharmacy services under the supervision of licensed pharmacists. Combines advanced technical skills with a strong understanding of clinical workflows to assist in medication management, patient care coordination, and therapeutic monitoring. Serves as a resource to other technicians, supports quality improvement initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and may assist in training or mentoring staff. The role requires a high level of independence, accuracy, and judgment in complex clinical and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
* Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting.
* PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
* PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.
* Specialized, assessment-based Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or other validated certificate
required

Salary Range: Minimum 19.02/hour - Maximum 30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
