Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pain Management Clinic/Float - Clearview - Full Time

Job Overview We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, at our Pain Management Clinic located at the Clearview Medical Complex. The role may float to other clinics as needed. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care within the framework of the Licensed Practical Nurse Act under RN supervision. Direct and assist ancillary nursing staff; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and other personnel. Use the nursing process for data gathering, planning, and evaluation. Deliver care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and other criteria appropriate for patient age. Communicate effectively with patients, family, and staff to ensure a quality experience. Adapt to rapid changes in patient needs and unit demands positively. Maintain required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Work Experience: None required. Certifications: Current licensed practical nursing (LPN) license in state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association. Preferred: IV therapy credentials. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Excellent organizational and time management skills, self‑directed, and good judgment. Good interpersonal and delegation skills. Ability to handle confidential information. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision. Physical and Environmental Demands May require lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, physically demanding work, and exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous medications.
