As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff, so we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep the front desk running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct phone calls appropriately Assist visitors with sign‑in procedures and general questions Provide basic administrative support to facility leadership and departments Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Help with filing, copying, scanning, and data entry as needed Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families Follow facility policies and maintain confidentiality at all times Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Experience in a nursing home, long‑term care facility, healthcare setting, or medical office is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable answering phones and working with visitors Basic computer skills required Ability to multitask in a busy environment Schedule Full‑time position Compensation $19–$21 per hour, based on experience Why Join Us?
