Please visit Position Details: Part-Time/PRN Schedule : 1pm - 7pm Monday & Tuesday w/alternating AM & PM shifts on weekends (6A-230P, 1030A-7P, and 1P-7P) FREE meals and FREE parking Career development opportunities across UHS and its 300+ locations! Your goals and objectives include: Takes initiative - identifies things that need to be done and takes action Displays a hard work ethic and completes daily cooking and cleaning tasks Ensures major equipment is shut off, including the dishwasher, ovens, cook tops, steam table, and the cold table Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe kitchen and pantry, including washing dishes, mopping floors etc. Maintains awareness of and ensures that special dietary restrictions are always applied in preparation of food for each patient Qualifications Your Qualifications and Requirements will include: Experience working in an institutional kitchen is REQUIRED Must have strong cooking skills and ability to cook in large quantity - will be the primary cook on weekend shift Food Handler's Permit within 90 days of hire required.
