About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. This high-visibility, independent role is pivotal in driving operational follow-through, managing cross-functional communication, and ensuring the execution of key initiatives. The successful candidate will act as the CEO's proxy in various meetings, oversee operational tasks, and coordinate across multiple business functions. Specific responsibilities include staying on top of high-priority initiatives such as S&OP, demand planning, and ERP implementation, and proactively communicating their status.
