A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career finance professional looking to build expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic business analysis while partnering with senior leadership. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in business decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models to support planning initiatives
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key business metrics
- Assist with management reporting and executive presentations
- Prepare variance analyses and identify opportunities for operational improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data
- Help improve reporting processes and enhance data visibility for decision-makers
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives

Compensation
$60,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in FP& A roles
- Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting concepts
- Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP or financial planning systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to healthcare finance
- Experience with planning and forecasting software
- MBA, CPA, or progress toward professional certification is a plus
