Health Connect America, Inc. is seeking a Therapist to provide community-based and office-based behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. In this role, you will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy in homes, schools, and community settings. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate care with community partners and agencies, maintain thorough clinical documentation, and participate in supervision and ongoing training. This position is ideal for mission-driven clinicians seeking meaningful work, professional growth, and a compassionate, client-centered culture.
