Case Specialist

Overview This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a traditional sales or intake position. Instead of simply processing calls or closing transactions, you will serve as a trusted guide for families navigating addiction, mental health, and crisis situations. The work is deeply human, purpose-driven, and centered around helping people take the first step toward meaningful change for someone they love. Responsibilities Provide consultative guidance to families navigating behavioral health crises and related legal processes. Build trust, communicate with empathy and confidence, and stay calm in emotionally charged situations. Guide families through critical decision-making with a focus on informed, ethical outcomes. Apply a proven sales process to milestones and contribute to a high-trust, accountability-driven environment. Qualifications Exceptional consultative sales skills with a track record of guiding families through difficult moments. Ability to establish trust and communicate compassion, while remaining composed under pressure. Strong alignment with values of professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy. Experience contributing to a process that achieves strong outcomes (e.g., closing rate or equivalent metrics) is preferred.
