Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

Base Pay:
$26–$34 per hour , based on experience

Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus:
Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics

Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement:
Approximately $66,080–$80,640 annually ($31.75–$38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.

Additional Incentive:

• Sign-on bonus available for full-time hires

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

• Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
• Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the Physical Therapist
• Document patient care and outcomes efficiently
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or eligibility for Florida licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Passion for providing hands-on, patient-centered care
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, balance, vestibular rehabilitation, or wellness
