Job Details Position: Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Specialty: Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Floor Shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid nursing licensure (RN or LPN), Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), 2 years of clinical experience, reliable transportation, and ability to start by 09/28/2026 Preferred Qualifications: Experience in rehabilitation nursing or with patients diagnosed with neurological, traumatic, or orthopedic injuries Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans Additional Information: Unit has 34 beds with a patient ratio of 1:7. The team utilizes Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Scrub color for nurses is Eggplant for RN and Gray for CNA. Time to report is 6:45 AM, with parking available anywhere in the parking lot not marked as visitor.
