Job Opportunity – Medical/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: October 18, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 32-bed medical/telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric populations. Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Holiday coverage required (either Thanksgiving Day or day after Thanksgiving, plus either Christmas Eve/Christmas Day or New Year's Eve/New Year's Day).

• Work with trauma patients and manage acute medications including Heparin drips
• EPIC electronic medical records system
• Utilize specialized equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment

Requirements:

• Active Georgia nursing license (or compact state license with ability to obtain Georgia licensure)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Documented medical/telemetry experience required with completed skills checklist
• Experience managing telemetry patients and acute care medications
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or prior NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) training preferred
• Professional badge-appropriate photo and complete demographic information required for credentialing
