Compensation: Strong hourly base + performance bonuses (Top techs earn $80,000 – $150,000+) Compensation & Benefits

If you are a seasoned HVAC technician who loves the trade but hates being forced to act like a slick salesperson, we built On The Way AC for you.
We don't overbook our board. We don't force you to rush through six calls a day just to swap capacitors. We give our people the time, the tools, and the backing to look at the entire system, find the root cause, and genuinely educate the homeowner.
If you take pride in flawless diagnostics and believe that giving a customer honest, clear options is the only way to do business, you'll fit right in.

- The Seasoned Pro: You have solid residential troubleshooting experience. You don't guess; you test. Static pressure, subcooling, superheat, and electrical diagnostics are second nature to you.
- The Educator: You can explain a cracked heat exchanger or a failing compressor to a homeowner in plain English without sounding apologetic or aggressive.
- The Professional: You treat the customer's home like your own. You document measurements, photos, and options clearly because you take pride in your paperwork.
- Credentials: EPA 608 Certification and a clean driving record are required.
