A defense contracting firm in Virginia seeks a highly motivated Contracting Subject Matter Expert (SME) with at least 12 years of experience. The role requires expert knowledge of Other Transaction Agreements (OTA) and the ability to assist Government Program Managers in developing procurement packages. Successful candidates will possess strong writing and organizational skills and a degree in a relevant field.
