Business Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support various operational functions, ensuring smooth business processes and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate proposal development and submission processes
- Manage customer communication, providing timely support and administrative assistance
- Oversee parts department coordination to ensure inventory and order accuracy
- Support regulatory compliance and drug program administration activities
- Manage operational business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with payroll processing, HR administrative tasks, and accounts payable/receivable as needed
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business operations, administrative support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance procedures relevant to the industry
