Data EngineerDirect Hire – Onsite Pasadena W2 Only (No Sponsorship/C2C) We are looking for a Data Engineer to design, optimize, and manage scalable data architecture. In this role, you will build critical ETL/ELT pipelines, collaborate with the Data Architect, and empower business stakeholders with data-driven insights. Ultimately, they thrive on taking full accountability for execution while respectfully challenging the status quo to drive long-term business strategy.Responsibilities:Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and optimize resilient ETL/ELT pipelines.Infrastructure: Scale secure data lakes, warehouses, and containerized services (Docker/Kubernetes).AI & Automation: Support AI automation initiatives using LLMs and agents.Data Governance: Implement strict data validation, privacy, and compliance policies.Requirements:Core Tech: Strong Python, advanced SQL, and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).Data Systems: Proven success building data lakes, lakehouses, and Spark frameworks.Orchestration: Ability to automate complex pipelines into self-healing systems.Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Data Science, or a related field.Desired:Master’s Degree in Data Science.Experience with Apache Airflow, Fabric, or Databricks.Knowledge of data modeling and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
