Maintenance Supervisor

Industrial Maintenance SupervisorAt BHS Corrugated, our Maintenance-to-Productivity (M2P) program is built on experienced technicians doing the work that keeps production running.We're looking for a Working M2P Supervisor — someone who stays hands-on, solves problems in real time, and leads by example on the floor. This is not a desk-only role. You'll be directly involved in the work, supporting your team while owning the overall maintenance operation.If you prefer being where the action is — turning wrenches, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production moving — this role is built for you.What You'll DoPerform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance on corrugating equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve equipment issues alongside your teamLead daily maintenance activities and prioritize work based on production demandsSupport, coach, and develop M2P Technicians on-siteEnsure preventative maintenance is executed on scheduleCoordinate closely with customer plant leadership and internal teamsDrive continuous improvement in uptime and maintenance efficiencyPromote and enforce safety and quality standardsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skillsPrior leadership or lead experience preferredAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical drawingsExperience in a manufacturing or production environmentCompensation & Benefits$110,000 – $120,000 base salaryBonusFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k) with company matchPTO and paid holidays
