Job Description

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of multiple commercial construction projects.
• Develop detailed project plans , including scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities , including estimating, bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.

Budget & Cost Control

• Develop and manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and financial reporting.
• Monitor project expenses , ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with contract requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to optimize expenditures.

Construction Oversight & Quality Control

• Supervise on-site construction activities , ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Address any construction issues or unforeseen conditions with prompt and effective solutions.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies .
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all workers are trained on job site safety procedures.
• Work closely with inspectors, permitting agencies, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.

The Successful Applicant

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management .
• Proven experience managing projects in the K-12, data center, healthcare, and/or higher education sectors .
• OSHA 30 & ProCore Certifications
