As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.Benefits:401(k)Bonus based on performanceCompetitive salaryFlexible scheduleOpportunity for advancementPaid time offTraining & developmentCompensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearResponsibilities:Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.Qualifications:Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.Leadership and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting sales targets.Willingness to engage in sales conversations.About Our Agency:We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Ashland, WI.Our office is open 8-5.We currently have 3 team members at our agency.Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and New Agent Program Qualifier.Apply now and let us put you on the path to success.
