Part-Time Receptionist


Location: Dandridge, TN
Schedule: 2-3 Days Per Week
Pay: $15 per hour


We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our busy insurance office in Dandridge, Tennessee.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, answering a high volume of phone calls, assisting customers, collecting payments, and accurately gathering customer information.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Gather and accurately record caller and customer information
• Assist customers with questions and direct calls to the appropriate team member
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for clients
• Accept and process customer payments
• Handle money and maintain accurate payment records
• Assist with general office and receptionist duties
• Maintain organized customer information and documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
• Support the insurance team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience required
• Experience answering and managing incoming phone calls
• Experience collecting payments and handling money
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Comfortable working with customers and handling confidential information
• Previous insurance office experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time
• 2-3 days per week
• $15/hour
• Schedule will be discussed during the interview process
