Role Description

The Annuity and Insurance Representative is a remote, contract role focused on helping clients understand, select, and manage annuity and insurance solutions aligned with their long-term financial goals. In this role, you will conduct needs-based assessments, explain product features and benefits in clear, accessible language, and present tailored recommendations within a comprehensive financial strategy. You will follow up with prospective and existing clients, prepare and process applications, maintain accurate documentation, and support ongoing policy servicing. Collaboration with financial advisors, CPAs, and other team members will be an important part of delivering integrated planning strategies. You will also stay current on industry trends, product changes, and compliance requirements to ensure recommendations remain suitable and in the client's best interest.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of annuity and life insurance products, including needs analysis, suitability, and policy servicing.
• Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or related advisory roles, with a client-centered and ethical approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, inclusive, and easy-to-understand terms.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools for remote client engagement, documentation, and follow-up.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Relevant state insurance licenses (life and annuity) required or willingness and ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe.
• Series 6, 7, or 65/66 registrations, or eligibility to obtain, are strongly preferred.
• Prior experience working with CPAs, business owners, or high-net-worth clients is a plus.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
