As an Industrial Construction Project Manager II, you’ll manage multiple construction projects of medium to large complexity, with medium to large budgets. We are looking for: a related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience 8+ years of experience in industrial construction ability to manage multiple projects of medium to large complexity What is the work? Manages multiple, concurrent projects of medium complexity with medium to large budgets Manages all aspects of project development / closeout with the Manufacturing, Warehouse, & Transportation divisions, H-E-B business units, governing agencies, and vendors Develops project scope, budget, and schedule with appropriate internal customer Prepares request for proposal (RFP) for medium complexity projects Assists in preparation of project-specific unique Design-Build construction contracts for certain projects Coordinates / conducts project inspections during construction; reports on project status Ensures project cost control with a focus on cost reduction; assists in producing cost estimates and preliminary budgets Manages bid process for all projects Manages project scheduling and compliance Facilitates change management process What is your background? A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience 8+ years of construction management, or related experience PMP certification (preferred) Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Industrial Project Leader?
